Johnson’s Service Group PLC cleans up Payroll and HR with NorthgateArinso
Flexibility of service, future proofing and accuracy provide key motives for move to ResourceLink Aurora
Johnson Service Group PLC (JSG), which provides essential support services to UK businesses and consumers in the areas of workwear, laundry services, dry cleaning and facilities management, has signed a five-year contract with NorthgateArinso. The HR software and services company will supply a fully managed payroll and hosted HR solution to 2,500 of JSG’s employees within its textile services division, which comprises of Johnson’s Apparelmaster, Johnson’s Stalbridge Linen Services, and the JSG Plc division.
The company selected NorthgateArinso after a lengthy period of time investigating the businesses’ true needs, in terms of service provision and scalability for the future.
“We needed an organisation to provide us with an up-to-date and reliable HR, training and payroll service, and give us the business information we require at our fingertips, whenever and wherever we needed it,” said Avi Kar at JSG. “NorthgateArinso had the experience of dealing with large corporate clients and, with over 400 customers already using ResourceLink, had the tried-and-tested foundations we were looking for. Additionally, ResourceLink Aurora could integrate with our internal Business Objects reporting tool, which will make reporting processes much more efficient and reduce cost.”
