Car dealership rolls out ResourceLink Aurora for 8,000 employees
Arnold Clark, Europe’s largest independent motor dealer, has signed a major payroll contract with NorthgateArinso. The HR services supplier will provide its ResourceLink Aurora platform to manage the monthly payroll of Arnold Clark’s 8,000 employees.
The Arnold Clark Group not only sells new and used vehicles but offers the full motoring package from servicing, repairs and parts to rental and finance. Its payroll team of six people had outgrown the company’s existing supplier due to the number of employees on the payroll. ResourceLink Aurora will interface with Arnold Clark’s existing in-house HR and time and attendance system.
Arnold Clark managing director, Eddie Hawthorne said,
