Unveiled at the HR Software Show 2009 in London, UK, ResourceLink Aurora is highly configurable and includes the ability to add complementary information – including reference-checking tools, business intelligence data, weather reports and news feeds, both from NorthgateArinso and external sources. It gives organisations the flexibility to choose a zero-footprint, hosted or in-house solution, or to offer different delivery models to different offices.
The versatility is something the industry has been crying out for, according to UK managing director Malcolm Aldis: “The benefits of OnDemand during a tough economy have been well touted in the press, but until now it’s been hard to see how this translates to the HR department,” he commented. “Zero-footprint software will be the right choice for some companies, but what people really need is choice, to find the model that suits them, with the right technology that will deliver value to the business quickly."
