NorthgateArinso to support councils in long term HR investment

All three councils have used ResourceLink for the past five years. The key benefit has been the quality of services delivered in payroll, employee self-service and other HR functions. NorthgateArinso has worked closely with each council to ensure the solution continues to meet their long-term business objectives.
‘We’ve been very satisfied with the solution’s functionality. It ensures accuracy and punctuality in the payroll, and we’re really keen to continue delivering this level of service to our staff,” said Val Hunt, payroll manager at East Dorset District Council.
