Ease of Access/Auditability – Online, web based access to our application means that customers can check the status or history of recruits at any time. Similarly anyone with appropriate access can audit the system to confirm the right checks have been completed.
Business Continuity – PeopleChecking’s application is run from 2 data centres (in London and Manchester). The two databases are “mirrored” in real time meaning that in the event of a fire or similar incident affecting one centre, customers’ data will be available immediately via the other.
Customised “Look and Feel” – PeopleChecking’s application can be “white labeled” with the customer’s own branding to enhance the candidate’s recruitment experience.
