Empower Me brings online functionality to HR Administrators, Employees and Managers with one login, no need for different applications. Users can be linked to Microsoft© Windows® User Accounts for ease of use and to reduce the amount of passwords a user has to remember. Penetration tested annually by Symantec one of the worlds leading IT security companies the Empower web applications can be deployed either on an intranet or internet.

Using the Empower Security module and its own menu editor with Empower Me you can ensure that the data seen by online users is the data you want them to see.

 Powerful workflow settings allow the administrator to define the route an authorisation request takes and with threshold limits for expenses and absence your policies can be adhered to as you require. By giving managers the option to delegate their authorisation requests to roles such as team leaders Empower Me allows your managers to devolve authorisation responsibility freeing up their time.

Employee View:

An employee can amend and request, the following items which can be configured for different authorisation routes:

  • Contact Information
  • Dependant Information
  • Absence
  • Expense Claims
  • Performance Review including Training Needs, Objectives, Competencies and Performance Summeries
  • Timesheets
  • Apply for Vacancies
  • Course Bookings
  • Online Surveys

 

An employee can view only the following items.

  • Career progression
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Company Assets
  • Employment Checks
  • Pay Documents
  • Team Absence Calendars
  • Training History
  • Performance Rating
  • Future Career Path

 

Manager View:

A manager can amend the following data for a member of their team, if security allows it:

  • Contact Information
  • Dependant Information
  • Absence
  • Company Assets
  • Apply for Vacancies
  • Performance Review including Training Needs, Objectives, Competencies and Performance Summaries, Ratings, Pay Award and Succession Plans.
  • Course Bookings
  • Approve Requests

 

A manager can view the following information for a member of their team, if security allows it:

  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Employment Checks
  • Correspondence Records
